Although time & cost are important to most embroidery shops, WildNESS cannot compromise the reputation of the company and what it represents, by lowering fees to accommodate the 'Bargain Shopper.' WildNESS does however, offer Special Pricing to customers who have demonstrated weekly loyalty. WildNESS stands by its' 20 year devotion to provide exceptional standards in artistry, quality and pricing to all aspects of the textile industry.

Digitizing Pricing

Wildness is known & recognized across the states for design quality, expedience and exceptional customer service. All digitized designs are created with PULSE software and sampled on Tajima embroidery machines. Having an account with Wildness Digitizing Service provides you with the following benefits at no extra cost!

• Free quotes.
• Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 days depending on intensity of design.
• Most left chest and cap designs are $35.00 flat rate. (approximate stitch count = 5500 - 6500 st.)
• Most jacket back designs are $180.00 flat rate. (approximate stitch count = 33,000- 50,000 st.)
• Artwork can be accepted in the following formats: .JPG,.TIF,.EPS,.CDR,.CPT.
• Artwork and design layout consulting.
• Each design is specific to the application it will be used for( i.e., caps, pique-knits, denim, leather).
• All text is digitized unless otherwise discussed at time of quote.
• Digitized designs will incorporate as much detail of original artwork as quality allows.
• All major machine stitch-file formats are available.
• Scanned image of final design sew out can be sent for quick approvals.
• Color sequence sheet and invoices in .PDF
• Although I make every effort to digitize your designs to each specific application, there are times when we need to edit* a file in order for a it to sew better on a specific machine - this is no charge to you.
• Files are archived indefinitely. Customers can purchase a CD of their yearly designs at a special rate.
• Patches, labels, graphics also available.

• $35.00 minimum for left chest and cap designs.
• $180.00 minimum for full front or back designs.
• $10.00 minimum for post-production edits* to WildNESS’ archived designs.
• $15.00 edits to others’ pre-existing designs.
• $35.00 per hour for artwork creation/sketches/clean up.
• $8-$10.00 per extra samples or customer provided items.
